anzania Davis-Black is an immensely passionate dentist. Born and raised in Lumberton, NC, she earned a B.S. in Dental Hygiene from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Inspired to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a dentist, she enrolled at Howard University College of Dentistry. She acquired a degree in Doctoral of Dental Surgery and successfully completed her residency at Howard University Advanced General Dentistry program.
In 2002, Dr. Davis-Black founded a private dental practice in Bowie, Maryland. Over the years she has received significant acclaim and recognition for her work. She is an active member of several professional organizations such as Academy of Cosmetic dentistry, Academy of Implant Dentistry and Academy of General Dentistry. An advocate for community service, Dr. Davis-Black, is always eager for an opportunity to volunteer. She is also a member of the Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. In her spare time, Dr. Davis-Black loves to spend time with her family, especially her two sons. She actively participates in sports and music and has a love for reading and writing. Currently residing in Maryland, Dr. Davis-Black’s primary objective is to change the smiles of the community one patient at time. She serves with an aim to inspire and motivate others to live their best lives.
